The first evening event in Classical Up Close 2014 is at Reed College’s beautiful Eliot Hall Chapel, on April 22 at 7:30 PM. (FREE) The program is a delight, with rarely offered musical treats which take inspiration from popular styles, and a glorious French sonata with Concertmaster Sarah Kwak and pianist extraordinaire Cary Lewis.
